The TM-LDE series electromagnetic flowmeter is designed to meet the hygiene requirements of the food industry by using sanitary lining materials and clamp connection processing technology for the traditional flange connected pipeline electromagnetic flowmeter. It meets the hygiene requirements of the food industry. At the same time, the sanitary electromagnetic flowmeter adopts a stainless steel shell and stainless steel clamp connection, which facilitates the quick disassembly and cleaning of the electromagnetic flowmeter, making the medium less likely to be contaminated during use and effectively preventing the accumulation of residual measurement fluid in the measuring tube. It can be applied in the production and manufacturing process of food such as mineral water, soy sauce, jam, beer, juice, rice wine, milk, as well as hygiene, chemical and other fields.
1、 Characteristics:
1. The sensor adopts a new type of sanitary lining material to prevent the accumulation of residual measuring media in the measuring tube.
2. The sensor adopts a quick connection scheme, and the electromagnetic flowmeter is easy to disassemble, maintain, and clean.
3. The converter adopts a 16 bit embedded microprocessor for signal processing, which has the characteristics of high integration, fast operation speed, high calculation accuracy, fully digital signal processing, strong anti-interference ability, and reliable measurement.
4. The flowmeter is a bidirectional measurement system equipped with three integrators: forward total, reverse total, and differential total; It can display positive and negative flow rates and has multiple outputs: current, pulse, digital communication, and HART protocol.
